Catching up on my reviews, I definitely check them when I am considering places & giving my thoughts on this place. I've been here when they first opened, it was great. Service was good, wait time, food & drinks... all good. It had been awhile, I just forgot they were there. Placed an order here during Labor Day, my order went through, payment accepted. They were closed, I get it... sometimes we forgot to turn off the app or system, whatever. No response on the phone, Facebook, email. I called the next two days when they were opened, constantly got hung up on. I finally went in, two days later, a girl had headphones on. She was nice & I explained to her the situation, she said she could make it for me now. I told her I was ordering for a family member & then she input the refund & said it'd take time. She was the only one there & I doubt that ServSafe manager certificate (it might have been expired too) wasn't hers. My problem is not with the employee, she did what she could. My issue is the whole ordeal & them not once reaching out after I tried different avenues. If I hadn't gone in, I doubt I would've gotten a refund. Upon first walking in, there was a slight sour smell in the air, there was no one up front, and it honestly looked as if it was not just closing for the day but in general, closing down. A few young people came in right after me and knew how to notify the single employee working that there was a customer, then I was finally greeted. She was pleasant enough and informed me that they no longer sell juices, which was quite disappointing because that’s what I originally came for. However, I decided to buy 2 smoothies instead. It took quite sometime for her to make the 2 smoothies, used her bare hands to put some of the frozen ingredients in the blender, and one of the young people even went behind the counter to help the employee better make one of the smoothies. But I still was willing to try the smoothies only for both to be very watery and poor tasting. We ended up tossing them after only drinking about 2 ounces. Such a disappointing experience, especially after having a great introduction to the place a couple of years ago. It seems very poorly managed now.

First picture is what I was served today on June 2nd 2026 the others pictures are from the MULTIPLE TIMES I have gone there before. VERY DISSATISFIED. It was $24 for two 12oz WATER LIKE “SMOOTHIE” BOWLS. They had absolutely no toppings on there what so ever. OH WAIT there was some granola…. And to add on to this issue, it was sooo HOTTTT inside the store, and we weren’t the only one that felt that way. There was another customer literally standing in the doorway with it cracked just to get some air flow. No refund was given, even though we didn’t eat them. We threw the bowls away in front of the employee. Just very sad about the outcome and experience. I used to love coming here.

First off it’s soooo HOT in there! We had to stand in the doorway to even get a lil breeze. Second, me and my friend got 12oz Acia bowls with toppings. They came with no toppings, no fruit, and they were watery as hell. I could drink it like water. We went outside to the car to eat them because of how hot it is in there and we just couldn’t do it anymore, so we went back in to try and get a refund and the girl working called someone named Christie to ask if she could do a refund and she said “no it’s final sale since we took it out of the store” but it’s so hot in there who would wanna stay in there to eat anyway. Even the employee had a fan on the counter. This is just crazy we didn’t even eat the bowls we threw them away in front of her. No refund is crazy, service is horrible(not the girl that was working). Do better. OH!!!and it was $24 for them 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I've gone to Mana for years now. It's one of the only places you can get organic, clean, juices and smoothies. I have always recommended it to friends, family and mom friends. A few days ago I went in to get my kiddo and myself a smoothie like we have so many times before. When I walked in, there was one person waiting for her drink as employee made it. The employee never greeted us, which was odd but no big deal, she gave other lady her drink and still never said a word to us and went into back for 3-4 minutes then popped out and finally said hi. Just my child and I and she seemed flustered or annoyed. I brushed it off of course, everyone has a bad day. We ordered two smoothies, she made them, and we left. I didn't take a drink of mine until a few minutes later at a stop light and I got this pulp like texture in my mouth. I've had tons of your smoothies before and make my own at home, so I assumed it was some of the fruit. I then took another drink and felt it again and pulled out "the pulp" from my mouth. I was instantly repulsed seeing how it was white stringy something. First glance it looked like white wiry dog hair but there was so much of it, I knew it couldn't be. I gath
